16  FAQ and Troubleshooting

16.1 Admin Console Cannot Open

docker compose ps
docker compose logs --tail 200

Check the domain, ports 80/443, certificates, and application logs.

16.2 Users Cannot See SaaS Sites

Check in order: site status -> user group -> SaaS site authorization -> account type.

16.3 Users Cannot See Workspaces

Check workspace authorization in the group.

16.4 Inner Site Cannot Open

1. First confirm that the target URL is reachable from the network where the Sa2web Browser node is located, then check DNS, routes, firewall, and ACL.
2. Check inner site authorization in the group.

16.5 MCP Cannot Connect

Check Node.js, @sa2web/mcp, Playwright, SA2_LOGIN_URL, clientId/clientSecret, Agent permissions, and HTTPS.

16.6 Passkey Fails

Check the target domain, HTTPS trust, browser origin, Passkey binding state, and target-site compatibility first.
